Product Description

These vacuum brazed diamond hand profilers / hand router bits are designed to produce perfect roundovers, Full Bullnose, Demi Bullnose, Ogee, Cove, Dupont, Eased, Beveled edges on natural or engineered stone, porcelain tiles and concrete countertops. With a M14 or 5/8-11 thread they can be used on any variable speed grinders or polishers, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A metl or plastic guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Optimal speed for operation of the profilers is 3000 RPM.

Although diamond hand profilers can be used dry, wet use will greatly extend their lives.

This innovative dry grinding diamond tool is for creating a non-slip pattern on the edge of steps.

It uses the rotating toucher to follow along with the steps' edge and it grinds a 40mm non-slip strip a little way in from the edge.
