Shape E Bevel Hand profiler is for creating the perfect 45 degree or 30 degree or 20 degree edge. With a M14 or 5/8-11 thread they can be used on any variable speed grinders or polishers, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A metl or plastic guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Optimal speed for operation of the profilers is 3000 RPM.

Metal bond segmented profile wheels are used for rough grinding for aggressive stock removal. The segmented profile wheels are specially shaped to precisely grind contnertop, fireplace surrounds, and other decoration. Very aggressive and long-lasting.

Vacuum brazed profile wheel / router bits are great for grinding shapes without bouncing or loosing their shape. They feature 50% up to 80% diamond exposure to ensure you that get the fastest removal rate. We strongly suggest our customer to choose Sintered as POS1, Vacuum Brazed as POS2, POS3 and POS4.
