Shape V Full Bullnose Hand profiler is for creating the perfect bullnose edge. With a M14 or 5/8-11 thread they can be used on any variable speed grinders or polishers, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A metl or plastic guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Optimal speed for operation of the profilers is 3000 RPM.

Vacuum brazed profile wheel / router bits are great for grinding shapes without bouncing or loosing their shape. They feature 50% up to 80% diamond exposure to ensure you that get the fastest removal rate. We strongly suggest our customer to choose Sintered as POS1, Vacuum Brazed as POS2, POS3 and POS4.
