They are sintered and welded in a mould at same time under strict guidelines with the best diamond available.
Segmented tools are for aggressive stock removal and continuous rim for a smoother finish.
Standard bore is 35mm, available in other bores. Our wide ranges of profile wheels are suitable for use on all major CNC machines
Available upon a specific drawing of customer, we can make any wheel in any diameter requested and with a combination of many different shapes.
