These high quality Router Bits / Profiler Wheels are perfect for granite or marble.
Portable Diamond Router Bits are designed to use with true portable routers such as Master, Stinger, Sector, Magma and Kawaii, with M8 or M10 thread.
Position 0 is segmented most aggressive and used for breaking the edge.
Position 1 though 3 are metal bond continuous rim design. Also can be replace with brazed wheels.
Position 4 through 7 are resin bond diamond polishing wheels for edge polishing.
We strongly suggest our customer to choose Sintered segmented as POS0, Vacuum Brazed as POS1, POS2 and POS3, because Vacuum Brazed Router Bits are great for grinding shapes without bouncing or loosing their shape. They feature 50% up to 80% diamond exposure to ensure you that get the fastest removal rate.
