Drum Wheels are used with an up and down motion, excellent for grinding an inside circle, oval, or arc of granite or marble or other stones. The sintered drums are economic for longer life. The brazed drums are for fast cutting and could be used by dry. The resin drums are for polishing, with rubber interlayer they can work at high speed smoothly. They are available in G1/2", 5/8”-11 female threaded, M14 female threaded, M10 female threaded, 3/8” Shank, 1/2” Shank on customer's order.
Finger Bits are designed with G1/2" male thread, mounted on a CNC machine,working as milling cutter for cutting any arc of granite or marble or other stones under the control of CNC machine, continuous rim with arc slots and water vents throughout of body. Other styles are available according to the drawings of customer.
Zero Tolerance Segmented Drum Wheels comes with grit 30#, Very aggressive. Used for stock removal in tight corners and sink cutouts.
The Resin Filled Zero Tolerance Wheel is designed to rapidly remove stock to get the counter top to the exact line needed for polishing or shaping. Although made with an aggressive bond, the resin in the Zero Tolerance wheel will keep the stone smooth with drastically reduced chipping and blowouts. They are so much safer than using the Silicon Carbide stones.
Continuous Rim Zero Tolerance Drum Wheel / Sink Wheels are designed for hand held machines is great for starting the polishing with no chipping no vibration.
The Vacuum Brazed Drums Wheels are ideal for cleaning up radius corners in vanity bowl/sink cut-outs ready for polishing and opening up/enlarging holes. They can be used wet or dry on all types of stone on hand held and semi-automatic machines.
Resin Filled Finger Bits usually mounted on CNC or Radial Arm machines for hole grinding, anchor and blind hole. they are ideal for fast stock removal as well as truing up saw lines, which is designed to cut granite, engineered stone and marble, counter tops, kitchen tops and basins.
The Vacuum Brazed Finger Bit is to create a marble CNC finger bit that will drastically outlast any other finger bit on the market, guaranteed! It does not destroy the diamonds during the vacuum brazing process, allowing much longer life of the diamonds. It is good for marble, limestone, travertines, and other soft stones will run faster than any other marble finger bit on the market.
Wet Diamond Polishing Drums are made to the same specification as our Premium Wet polishing pads. M14 or 5/8"-11 female thread to attach directly to your polisher, ideal for finishing the inside of undermounted sink cuts outs. Water holes and channel through the drum allowing use of a centre feed wet polisher. 2" (50mm) diameter, 1 3/4" (45mm) high on a hard rubber drum.
A set of 7 includes one each of 50 grit, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 grit.
The Continuous Resin Bond Polishing Drum Wheels is our highest quality professional wet polishing drum for use on router style tools or hand held polishers with an M14 or 5/8"-11 fitting and central or external water feed.
