Operating Instructions

Step 1:
As shown in Fig.l, connect F7619D dustsuction pipe to the external dust suctionpipe in a built-up way to complete theconnection of dust suction pipes.

Step 2:
As shown in Fig. I, hold the handleswith both hands, place the machine onthe working face, and gently applypressure on it. Then press the startswitch and the self-lock button whilekeeping the above pressure appliedWhen the machine gets stable, you canstart the operation, during which rotatethe speed control knob with your leftfingers to adjust the machine speed. Themachine should always be kept level atwork.

Step 3:
As shown in Fig.I, open thecover plate of the dust cover inthe direction of the arrow tomake it separate from the dustcover. The edge of thediamond-impregnated wheelextends beyond that of the dust cover. Then repeat theoperations in step 2, and keepthe machine aside for corneroperation when it gets stable.

Step 4:

As shown in Fig.IV, after theoperation, release both handsand place the machine on sitefor 30s. Press the on-off buttonafter the dust in the dust coveris fully absorbed. Then theoperation is concluded.

Step 5:
As shown in Fig. V, to remove the wheel, firstly, clip the Y-type wrench into the holes on the outer ring of the diamond-impreanated wheethen secure the hex wrench in the lock screw, and rotate the two wrenches in reverse. Unscrew the lock screw, and remove the wheel to bereplaced. Repeat the above operations when installing the wheel (the direction of rotation is opposite to that during removal). Then the replacement of the wheel is finished.
