These vacuum brazed diamond hand profilers / hand router bits are designed to produce perfect roundovers, Full Bullnose, Demi Bullnose, Ogee, Cove, Dupont, Eased, Beveled edges on natural or engineered stone, porcelain tiles and concrete countertops. With a M14 or 5/8-11 thread they can be used on any variable speed grinders or polishers, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A metl or plastic guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Optimal speed for operation of the profilers is 3000 RPM.

Although diamond hand profilers can be used dry, wet use will greatly extend their lives.

Shape Z straight / flat vacuum brazed diamond hand profiler is a vertical grinding wheel for the perfect 90-degree edge. Use with the AWS-125 stone cutter allows fabricators to cut a sink hole along the cut line quickly and safely. In order to shape the edge to a desired profile, the Profiler Z-Series, Vertical Grinding Wheels. Profiler Z-Series is also known as Zero tolerance or Drum grinding wheel. Most competitive products use sintered bond which eventually changes the shape of the wheel distorting the vertical edge. Using our Profiler Z-Series maintains a very aggressive cutting performance and its original shape for a long time. We recommend this vertical grinding wheel along with a corner ruler to make uniform exterior corners.
