L Segment Cup Grinding Wheel

L segment Diamond Cup Wheel is manufactured to run extremely cooler than standard cups providing faster stock removal and longer life. L segment cup will aggressively grind surfaces such as concrete, terrazzo and similar surfaces. 

L-Seg diamond cup wheel is designed for aggressive grinding and material removal. The unique L shape segments are specifically engineered to produce a clean, smooth finished surface with fast grinding action and long wheel life.

The L segment diamond cup wheels can be used with angle grinders and floor grinding machines for cutting concrete or field stones. The L segment diamond cup wheel is for dry and wet use.

How to determine the right grit wheel for your concrete floor grinding or polishing project

30/40 Grit

• Initial cut diamond wheel
• Ideal for grinding and polishing concrete floors around edges, and into tighter spaces
• Great cut for salt and pepper to full exposure finish on polished concrete floors 

60/80 Grit  

• Intermediate cut wheel
• Perfect for grinding / polishing edges and into tighter spaces on polished concrete floor 

100/120 Grit

• Perfect for edge grinding on polished concrete floors
• Finishing cut prior to resins
• Great for use in grouting around edges of polished concrete floors
