Full round PCDs are great agressive removal blades because the full round PCD is larger then the traditional 1/4 round on most pcd segments and DIG DEEP and gouge to remove the toughest materials. The most aggressive removal pcd out there!

Quarter (1/4 Round) PCD is an excellent choice when removing medium/heavy coatings. The design and positioning of the PCD with an aggressive diamond segment acting as a stabilizer and depth guide scrapes the thickest of coatings aggressively and follows with a conventional grind all in one pass. PCD's are manufactured with a premium mining grade Poly Crystalline Diamond that is unmatched in the coating removal industry. This allows PCD's to hold up under harsh conditions and continue to work when others are worn out.

Quarter Sharp (1/4 Round) PCD is the fastest removal blades on the market. Overturned welded PCD's are super aggressive to get through the toughest coatings. The three overturned 1/4 round PCD is an excellent choice when removing heavy coatings. The design and positioning of the PCD scrapes the thickest of coatings aggressively and gets the job done in a fraction of the time.
