Diamond fluting wheels are used with fluting tool to precisely create and finish flutes on drain boards, fireplace surrounds and other decoration. The wet air fluting tool can be used efficiently with simple instructions, saving time and labor on handworks.

Diamond resin drainer groove flute wheels with aluminium centre. Use in conjunction with our vacuum brazed or electroplated groove wheels to bring the flutes up to a high shine. 100 or 125mm diameter with 22.23mm centre bore to fit directly to your hand held variable speed polisher grinder. Designed for wet use but can be used dry although this will reduce their lifespan. Ideal speed is 2000rpm, available in 10mm(R%), 12mm(R6) and 16mm(R8) width.
