Metal Flex Diamond Dot Pads

Metal Flex Diamond Dot Pads are ideal for removing mastics and sealers, and to profile edges without gouging the floor. Each individual diamond segment is 1/8" and won't bind or close up. Aggressive cutting without gouging. 

Great for edging in the concrete polishing steps. Provides the aggresiveness of a metal bond with the forgiveness of a hook and loop flexible pad. Works well on hand held machines as well as light weight walk behind machines as well. Metal Flex Pads are mainly use to follow the angulations of the surface. These allow you to move fast and keep the surface as is with dips and irregularities of the floor, while grinding it down as part of prep work. Metal bond flexible diamond grinding discs/pads are used for heavy to medium grinding of granite, concrete and other types of stones. They also have many features that other diamond polishing pads or diamond cup wheels do not have. They are more aggressive and longer lasting than regular resin bond or resin-metal bond diamond polishing pads, since they are pure metal bonded diamond pads. Compared to diamond cup wheels, they are as aggressive, but are flexible. This feature allows these metal bond diamond grinding discs to get into curved areas for grinding purposes.

30 grit, 50 grit, 100 grit and 200 grit are available — along with a color-coded Velcro- back 5 inches in diameter. They can be used wet or dry, however wet use is recommended.
