The diamond coatings are carefully placed to ensure even coverage. The vacuum brazing process is monitored closely to ensure that each router is manufactured to spec.

Although our most popular routers are vacuum brazed, we do offer electroplated and sintered routers upon request.

Grit: 30/40 Grit

Bearings: Top and bottom bearings are available on certain shapes 

Slots: Slots or fluting is available on certain shapes
