This New Superior Copper Hybrid Bond Pads 8 Pie is created using the industry's latest technology and is a new transitional pad that works just as well whether it be used wet or dry. It's 8 pie segment design offers aggressivity all while providing great wear rates. It's 10mm working thickness handles high heat efficiently making this a premium hybrid. It is much more effective at removing scratch marks left by metal bond grinding agent, lasting significantly longer than equivalent normal hybrid bonds.
The Hybrid bond pads can be used on Ride-On floor grinders or walk-behind floor grinders. These tools can also be run wet or dry.
The tools are great for using as a first step in the concrete polishing process for cream polishes. The tools can also be used in applications where an aggressive transitional is required.
50 Grit - The first step of the fastest, easiest and most versitile polishing system on the market. For removal of 30 grit scratches in polishing application.
100 Grit - For removal of 50 grit scratches in polishing application. Will leave a matte finish.
200 Grit - Used for removal of 150 grit metal bond or 100 grit resin scratches. Will leave a matte finish.
400 Grit - For removal of 100 or 200 grit resin bond scratches. Will leave a honed finish.

Wet cutting power-trowelled/burnished concrete where zero aggregate exposure required before densification.
